Ron received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas and his law degree from the University of Michigan. He began practicing law in 1972 and has been practicing law in the Marquette area since 1978.

Ron is a past President of the Marquette County Bar Association. He was an officer and director of Dead River Campers, Inc. at its inception and continues as local counsel. Ron is engaged in the general practice of law with emphasis in the following areas:  real estate, mining and minerals, commercial law, and general civil litigation.
