Laura K. Reilly will give a presentation on investigating employee misconduct in the workplace at the U.P. Labor-Management Council's annual conference set for Thursday, March 4, 2010, at the Island Resort & Casino in Harris, Michigan. This year's conference, entitled "Addressing Workplace Misconduct: Best Practices for Labor & Management", will also feature presentations on investigating the disciplinary grievance and workplace bullying. The UPLMC annual conference is open to representatives of labor and management across the Upper Peninsula. Nels, a Houghton native, received his undergraduate degree from the James Madison College at Michigan State University and his law degree from the Michigan State University College of Law. On February 25, 2010, Laura K. Reilly will present the "Legal Considerations" segment of a seminar sponsored by the Northern Michigan Public Service Academy entitled "Networking for Municipalities: Using Facebook to Promote Your Community." The seminar will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. at the Citizens' Forum in Lakeview Arena, Marquette. Northern Michigan Public Service Academy is a comprehensive municipal training organization serving Michigan's Upper Peninsula.

Ronald D. Keefe has been named by the corporate counsel edition of Super Lawyers magazine as a top civil litigation defense attorney in Michigan.
