| Kenneth Seavoy recently presented the "Business Succession Planning" segment of the 2009 George A. Gustafson Accounting and Finance CPE Seminar Series at the Northern Michigan University College of Business. Ken explained how an accountant can assist with the process of planning for the transfer of ownership of a small business. He also discussed how to recognize the issues involved and a number of techniques to address those issues. The George A. Gustafson Accounting and Finance CPE Seminar Series provides Continuing Professional Education (CPE) programs that fulfill applicable continuing education requirements for accountants and auditors. |
