Nels, a Houghton native, received his undergraduate degree from the James Madison College at Michigan State University and his law degree from the Michigan State University College of Law.  Nels has practiced law at Kendricks, Bordeau, Adamini, Chilman & Greenlee, P.C. for the past six years with an emphasis on civil litigation, family law, and criminal defense.
