Suzanne Curry Larsen to Present at The People's Law School

Suzanne Curry Larsen will join Marquette County District Court Judge Roger W. Kangas to present on the topics of Landlord-Tenant Matters and Small Claims Court at The People's Law School on October 27, 2010.  The People's Law School is a comprehensive series of lectures over eight weeks by many of the best lawyers in the Upper Peninsula.  The course is designed to give non-lawyers an understanding of Michigan's legal system and how it functions today in the Upper Peninsula.  The course is sponsored by the Michigan Association For Justice, Pence & Numinen, PC, the Northern Michigan University department of political science and public administration, and the NMU Student Law Forum.  The People's Law School runs from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Wednesdays, Sept. 22 through Nov. 10, in Room 105 of Jamrich Hall at Northern Michigan University.  Registration is $25.00 for the eight-week series.  Register online at pencenuminen.com or by calling 906.226.2580, ext. 3.
