Hailey is a graduate of Michigan State University College of Law, where she served on law review, competed in moot court, and earned a certificate in trial practice from Michigan State’s Trial Practice Institute. She earned her undergraduate degree from Saginaw Valley State University and was honored as the Political Science Department’s Outstanding Graduate. Prior to joining the firm, Hailey served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney at the Marquette County Prosecutor’s Office, where she successfully tried many cases in front of a jury, including multiple capital felony cases. Prior to that, Hailey was a litigator in a large firm in metro-Detroit, where she represented individuals and businesses ranging from small, family companies to publicly traded corporations. Hailey’s experience in litigation informs her general legal practice at Kendricks Bordeau.
