How much does estate planning cost?

An estate plan is usually billed at a flat fee, depending on complexity. While no two estate plans are the same, our fees generally fall in the following ranges:

Single individual:
  • Basic will-based plan: generally at or below $1,000
  • Trust-based plan: generally between $1,000 - $2,000
Married couple:
  • Basic will-based plan: generally at or below $1,100
  • Trust-based plan: generally between $2,000 - $2,500

A deposit is required before drafting begins, with the remainder due upon completion.
