Rachel grew up in Gwinn, Michigan, and earned her bachelor’s degree in International Studies and French from Northern Michigan University in 2018. In 2020, she relocated to Massachusetts to attend the University of Massachusetts School of Law. Upon graduation, Rachel began her legal career with the United States Attorney’s Office in Boston, working in the Criminal Division’s Appellate Unit. Missing home, Rachel made the decision to return to the Marquette area in 2025.

Rachel's primary areas of practice include labor and employment law, real estate law, and business transactions. She regularly advises public and private employers on workplace policies, compliance with state and federal employment laws, employee discipline, workplace investigations, labor relations, and litigation. Rachel also represents buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and businesses in a variety of commercial and residential real estate matters, including purchase and sale transactions, leasing, title issues, and property disputes.
