Chris joined Kendricks Bordeau, P.C. in 2026 after practicing law for 10 years with a law firm in southern Minnesota. Chris earned his undergraduate degree in Economics and Mathematics, Summa Cum Laude, from Northern Michigan University in 2013 and his law degree with a business law concentration, Cum Laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2016. While in law school, Chris was an editor of the Minnesota Law Review. Chris was also recognized as a “Rising Star” by the Minnesota Super Lawyers each year from 2023 through 2026.
Chris maintains a general practice with a primary focus on business law. He regularly advises both emerging and established businesses on a wide variety of matters, including business structure, governance, and succession plans, contracts, sales and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and other operational considerations. Chris also has extensive experience in advising banks and other financial institutions throughout all phases of commercial and agricultural loans, including loan documentation and securitization, intercreditor arrangements, workouts and forbearances, foreclosures, other collections, and Chapter 7, 11, and 12 bankruptcies.
Outside of his practice, Chris enjoys spending time with his family and exploring all of the things that the U.P. has to offer.
