Tami M. Seavoy Receives Evergreen Award

Tami M. Seavoy was recently named the recipient of the 2017 Evergreen Award of Marquette County. The Zonta Club of the Marquette Area presents the Evergreen Award to “honor individuals who are dedicated to supporting and mentoring women and girls and helping them to reach their leadership potential.” The women and men chosen “excel in their chosen path, devote time and energy to their community in a meaningful way, and blaze trails for others to follow.”

Tami has served on the Bay Cliff Health Camp board since 2000, volunteers as a librarian at Father Marquette Catholic Academy, is a member of the Northern Michigan University Board of Trustees and Business School Dean’s Advisory Committee, and works with NMU’s Student Leadership Fellow Program where she’s been a mentor since the program began.
