Erica N. Payne to Speak at the Marquette Area's Michigan Youth Opportunities Initiative

Erica N. Payne has been invited to speak about landlord-tenant matters at the Marquette Area's Michigan Youth Opportunities Initiative on January 6, 2014. The Michigan Youth Opportunities Initiative is a program for young adults in foster care that teaches independent living skills, which includes furthering their understanding of leases and the basic rights and responsibilities of tenants and landlords.
