We are pleased to Welcome Christopher E. Bowler, attorney, as a new member of our firm.

Chris joined Kendricks Bordeau, P.C. after practicing law for 10 years with a law firm in southern Minnesota. Chris maintains a general practice with a primary focus on business law. He regularly advises both emerging and established businesses on a wide variety of matters, including business structure, governance, and succession plans, contracts, sales and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and other operational considerations. Chris also has extensive experience in advising banks and other financial institutions throughout all phases of commercial and agricultural loans, including loan documentation and securitization, intercreditor arrangements, workouts and forbearances, foreclosures, other collections, and Chapter 7, 11, and 12 bankruptcies. Outside of his practice, Chris enjoys spending time with his family and exploring all of the things that the U.P. has to offer.
